All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. If there are delays due to high order volumes, we will notify you via email.

- Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Delivered the next business day
- Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and the weight of the items in your cart. Please note that shipping rates for items may be weight-based, with weight details clearly listed on each product's detail page. For shipping policy compliance, we round all weights up to the next full pound.
Return & Exchange Policy

- Return Eligibility:
Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. (some items will be recharge a restocking fee. Returns are accepted provided the items are in their original packaging and unused.
- Return Shipping Costs:
We will gladly cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item).
- Refund Process:
Once your return is received, please allow up to four weeks for your refund to be processed. This timeframe includes:
- Transit time for us to receive your return: 5-10 business days
- Processing time for your return once received: 3-5 business days
- Bank processing time for your refund: 5-10 business days
- How to Initiate a Return:
To return an item, please log into your account, navigate to the “Complete Orders” section under the “My Account” menu, and click on the "Return Item(s)" button.
